The app has been broken for months and the support desk just keeps saying they are working on it. In today's world of IT, this should be fixed by now.

App continues to crash, and loses data often. I have tried to submit numerous visits somehow are often lost either on the server, or my tablet. I highly recommend any user save their progress every few minutes, and store additional photos on the device, instead of on the app. I'm disappointed I am required to use this platform for my company, I would not recommend this to anyone.
