TONE Care is an online health consultation service for TONE members. We are unable to provide diagnoses or prescriptions for medical examinations by doctors. Depending on the time of day and circumstances, a doctor may not be able to respond immediately. Thank you for your understanding. Reception hours are weekdays from 10:00 to 22:00.
