Tempo, the premier metronome app for iOS is now available as this free Lite version. Now you can enjoy Tempo's core features before upgrading to its full suite of features.

Tempo gives you the features you need without sacrificing usability. Its engine is written from the ground up for high accuracy and stability. Over that is wrapped an attractive and comprehensive single-screen interface. Flashing LEDs also serve as buttons to customize beats, enabling the creation of complex rhythms.

I upgraded to the full version because it has the features I want. However, it would be great if these 3 features could be added: 1) Its own Adjustable Volume, as other apps with sound (e.g. songs) might also be running. 2) Add Elapsed Time to the bar counter so that we know how long we've been playing. The elapsed time should stop when the counter stops and display the time taken to play the chosen number of bars. 3) Please extend the limit on the number of bars to 9999 instead of 999.

Great app about from when I put the timer on (that is on the app) and press start the timer did not work but apart from that it is a great app.

Pretty good metronome for my purposes as a drummer. I especially like the timer feature which is really useful for focused practice. The only thing missing is a bell or sound played once the timer runs out. If you're "burying" the click like one would in the studio you won't notice that the click has stopped. The timer should also be more noticable in the UI. I don't care about the flashing lights but I do like to see how much time is remaining.

Can no one make a simple metronome app from the goodness of their heart with no ads or purchasing some pro version? smh my head, it also only lets you go up to 400 bpm.
