FSI Prescription Signature Pad v1.15.0

This program works in tandem with the Pharmacy Management System created and sold by Foundation Systems, Inc. (FSI) based out of Lindon, Utah.

You can use the program/device as a Pickup Signature Pad, a direct replacement to our serial-connected wired signature pads. This requires a unique license purchased from the FSI sales office.

You can also use the program/device to deliver scripts to patients. It can also be used to wirelessly capture signatures for scripts from within the pharmacy.

This program can run in a demo mode. While in this mode, you will be able to try out the delivery functionality by using the scripts provided. You don't need to own or use the FSI Pharmacy Management System or the Android Signature Pad module while in demo mode. If you have "delivered" all the provided demo scripts, go to Maintenance and create the demo data over again.

To use the application outside of demo mode, the pharmacy must own and use the FSI Pharmacy Management System and purchase the Android Signature Pad module. These can be purchased by talking to the sales department of FSI at 1-800-333-0926 or Sales@fsi.us.com.
