Print Utility V3 vVARY

Print Utility is a free app that realizes a "portable MFD UI panel" for smartphones and tablets to perform basic Copy, Fax, Scan, and Print operations.
It contributes to the TCO reductions in offices and prevents printouts from being left unattended by setting Multiple-Up, 2 Sided, authentication information, etc. In addition, it supports encryption of IPPS, SNMPv3, allowing secure communication with multifunction devices.
Copy, Scanner (Scan to e-mail/Scan to Folder), and Fax Functions
・Frequently used settings can be saved in "Favorites" (up to 30 settings)
・You can send a fax or e-mail using the addresses stored in your smartphone.
*: A wireless environment with an access point must be established.

Print Function
・Print photographs, DocuWorks documents and PDFs on your mobile device
・Print preview to prevent misselection
・By linking with ApeosWare Management Suite and Server-less On-Demand Print functions, output from available devices (on-demand printing)

Capturing Function from a Scanner
・Scanned paper document to be captured into your mobile device
・Capable of performing keystone correction and gradation correction for images taken with a camera.
・Images taken with a camera and scanned images can be corrected to an easy-to-see orientation with the rotating function

Prerequisites
- MFDs or printers manufactured by Fujifilm Business Innovation (formerly Fuji Xerox) or NEC must be used.
-Supported models are connected on the same network as the mobile device and LPD is enabled. Or, the supported models must be Wi-Fi Direct-enabled.
-In order to automatically recognize the supported models, Bonjour must be activated on the supported models. (If Bonjour is not available, you can print out by entering the IP address of the printing device from your mobile device.)

Notes and Restrictions
-DocuWorks documents are displayed differently from printed documents and may have garbled characters or overlapped characters.
-If DocuWorks document contains complex image processing or special characters such as custom characters - special symbols - foreign-language characters, the document may not be printed correctly.
-When creating a PDF file, if all fonts used in the document are not embedded in the file, the print results are different from those displayed on the device, and characters may be garbled or overlapped.
