VPN works pretty good except occasionally I have to turn it off to get to certain web sites. The browser says DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE. I have tried different settings, protocols and servers. As soon as I turn off VPN, I can get to the site.

app crashing every time I try to log in. Works great on every device except my samsung tablet. worked on tablet until a couple of days ago. Now it's saying that there's a bug. Tried Uninstalling reinstalling but still does not work.

Broken - no longer works after latest update. Fails and force closes since Dec 2025 update. Been a customer for years, using it on a Samsung tablet generally good except for no landscape mode, too bad. UPDATE : Failure/force closes seems to happen when it trys to switch to landscape mode. In portrait mode it seems okay.

They added functionality of automatic connection to vpn if you are using WiFi. You have a list of known networks which does not need VPN and you can make VPN to turn off VPN when you are on cellular. This functionality just does not work. It connects to VPN on cellular, sometimes disconnects on unknown networks, sometimes connects, sometimes not. Total random.
