Dallas take the time to listen to me and they're readily available to answer my questions.
I appreciate the simplicity of scheduling through the app. It is easy to use and more convenient than having to deal with a representative on the phone going by a script and tediously plodding through it step by step when most of the necessary info is already available to them on the computer. My only issue is with the insurance company and the occasional failure to communicate, resulting in missed appointments and needing to reschedule.
I think more concern for patients who have drivers who are for pickup and dropoff, following up on complaints (especially if patient is injured, and who have to get gas on the way. I have a 5:30 am appt. My driver arrives at 5:18am. Now, it's 5:31am, and we have stopped for gas. These timelines affect my treatment time.
I can cancel trips without issue. rescheduling a ride is a circus of problems. I like not having to talk to anyone about my doctor appointments, but I hope that the techs for the app can get these problems fixed soon.
the app is glitches and not accepting the transportation requests please fix it
