Expensively addicting. No more holiday updates? We used to get updates to the game to celebrate the holidays. I have an inventory full of weapons and tools that are taking up space and make it hard to get to the items that are actually active.

All of the new challenges have glitches! I get close to finishing and it resets to the beginning. The latest one keeps giving me items as if they are keys and weapons for the challenge but then when you get the characters they are asking for different items! You can't even click on things like usual to be directed to where you can actually get the item. I love this game but all of these glitches are NOT cool. Please do something about it?

Since most recent update April 2, 2023, Albion won't start, I just get a blank screen. Im using Android on a Samsung Tablet. , how can I reinstall without losing my progress, I'm about level 150. April 24th, I've now uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I get the same result, a blank scren. Since my post above, I have again uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the result is just the same, no start, just a blank screen, what now, I loved (5 stars) the game and played most days :(

Lost loads of items, collections and progress. I emailed you a week ago if not more and you closed the ticket saying it'll be fixed. Still lost all my stuff! I'll never unlock anything if it carries on like this. Ridiculous and tempted to quit. edit: 7 years later, this was never fixed and i lost ££s worth of items which has stopped me returning to a once loved game and stood out in my mind as terrible customer service. All that needs to be said.
