I've been playing this game for quite awhile now, & have chosen to spend $ on it because I enjoyed it. Lately, there are less and less elements you are given a choice to decorate. I just had 10 in a row that the game chose the flowers, sculpture, cabinents, etc. Personally, a large part of the enjoyment of the game is getting to choose decorations & that isn't being offered much anymore...

On level 1885 and my game has completely stopped, everything moves, game is up to date but cannot click on anything at all. Help!!!

You've made a serious mistake, before the game was much more exciting, there was more advertising, when you completed the levels you received more help, bombs, more moves, etc. Now there are more lives, fewer moves.
