Edit: I'm able to download it now! They responded and were actually pretty helpful :) the extra videos included in the album are fun and the digital photocards are a nice touch Original review: I bought an album and it literally just won't download; that's supposed to be the whole function of this app I contacted customer service but haven't heard anything back... I'll change the review if they email me back but until then this app is doing literally nothing
