Suggest to have Favorites or pin the ride feature, for frequent commuters to use. Also let us be able to switch between the QR code and the ride tracker via a button.

No proper tutorial or information have to ask other nice passenger for assitance. No discount for students or elderly. (Or if there is, there is no info on how to acquire discount)

Poorly designed app. Interface and terminologies are not straightforward. Why use "points" when paying for a ride instead of a real denomination in peso? Why is there a token? Why not just make it appear like a wallet app then you'll see the total amt. left everytime you pay for a ride? The ride tracker is also confusing and not a reliable one. This is totally not a user-friendly app. that older people will have a hard time getting used to.
