Specially designed app to approve and release purchase orders created in SAP
In the Main screen, the number of Po’s created in SAP will be visible to the authorized person for approval purpose with all the required details.
Authorized persons have the authority to edit the PO and release it.
➢ Multiple Approval Hierarchy is maintained as per the requirement.
After the first approval, the PO is sent to the next authorized person for approval.
➢ After final approval, the PO is released.
