It's ok, but not all features work on the app like saved products, and it's very slow. Also, not all product links on third-party sites that are supposed to redirect you to the app work.

I tried to sign in on my account but dont remember the password, so tried to reset it but after an hour no email came through. I made a new account to complete my order, used a discount code but no matter what payment method I chose, it kept failing, I removed the discount code and magically the payment went through. It was only 10% off but must have been too much for Boohoo.

I love the Boohoo app! The only issue I'm having is that error message pops up when you try to view your wishlist. Not sure why that's happening. Another con: when doing rush shipping with Boohoo it's 50/50 because one time I did rush shipping and my order got lost on arrival. Update: I will be deleting this app. The delivery service that Boohoo uses is absolutely horrible and is starting to look illegal. SpeedX is the service that Boohoo, Temu, and Shein use. The warehouse is deplorable!
