Good, easy to use app! But the app is not working for the last few weeks. whenever I try to log in, it automatically exits the app. I recharged today by logging in to the web portal. please check and rectify the issue asap. I've been using the app for almost 2 years now and this is the first time I've faced any issue. Regards.

Very Bad experience does not open when required I have been trying to open the app from the past 1 hour but it just won't open although there is no internet issue

Very poor service they have deducted 170+40 without any reason by showing statement utility debit billing and when I contact them they are telling lie that power consumption is more than 1kw that's why it is deducted.. I am using the same appliances ( cooler , tv , fan , bulb , washing machine) from past 20 years and in past 20 year it has consumed less than 1kw power which Is normal and now they are deducting money with any reason .. Going to complaint against this in higher authorities..
