Can't find Boone county even after I searched it and I also typed the private code but still didn't work I give two bc it's a good app for other counties

It worked great at first, but, for weeks, the most important weeks now, all it does is says loading when I try to open it. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won't work.
