Setup was quick, app is easy, got my card in 2 days and love the fuel discounts. It is a very secure app. I entered my debit card number and it didn't match company name. I got an email and after sending corrected information, it was taken care of. Customer service was very nice!

They adamantly claim their service charges "No Fees", or "No hidden fees", or "What you see is what you pay". Completely and totally untrue. If you use a credit card, they charge you a 2% fee on the value of the transaction. No big deal for me, I use a credit card with a generous rewards program, so I'll get the 2% back, and then some. But why can't they just be honest about the "fees"? Perhaps they just forgot to mention it. In that case, glad I could help....

not user frendly. also they hold your money up to 72 hours if something goes wrong. Mudflap a little bit expensive but more usefull. UPDATE Works few times like supposed to be. But today I'm went to fuel desk following instructions from app. left a card for cashier and add 91 gallons, but requested 85. card not covered even 85 gallons (asked cashier split) Customer service said cancel transaction what I did. Finally no money on greenline app and I'm paid from credit card. So I'm paid twice.

Greenlane Users Beware! I loaded $900.00 into the Greenlane wallet, and they refused to pay a $600.00 fuel purchase. I was told that someone would call me back shortly, as the problem got resolved, but four hours later, I paid the bill with another credit card. Greenlane refused to answer their phone as I repeatedly tried calling them. After nine hours and blocking my number, they finally answered. It's been three weeks since this happened, and I'm still fighting to get my $900.00 refunded.
