طور المكتب الإقليمي لمنظمة الأغذية والزراعة في لبنان سجلات مبسطة لحفظ معلومات المزرعة وذلك في سياق تنفيذ مدارس إدارة الأعمال الزراعية.
تم تنفيذ تسع (9) مدارس إدارة أعمال زراعية في المناطق التالية: المحيدثة (قضاء راشيا، البقاع)، عاليه (قضاء عاليه، جبل لبنان) ، بعقلين ومريستي (قضاء الشوف، جبل لبنان) ، بوداي (قضاء بعلبك، بعلبك-الهرمل) ؛ كرم شباط وحرار وعيدمون (قضاء عكار ، شمال لبنان) وجزين (قضاء جزين، جنوب لبنان).
تم تطوير تطبيق الهاتف المحمول لتلبية طلبات المزارعين الذين شاركوا في المرحلة التجريبية. تم التأكيد أن استخدام التكنولوجيا الرقمية قد يحسّن نشاط المزارعين التجاري والزراعي، وتسهيل مشاركتهم في مثل هذه الأنشطة، وضمان مساهمتهم في اتّخاذ القرارات.
يساعد هذا التطبيق الزراعي البسيط على احتساب نفقات المزرعة والدخل والأرباح. كما يسمح للمزارعين بإنشاء سجلات النفقات والإيرادات والوصول إلى هذه المعلومات بسهولة لتحسين الأعمال الزراعية.

- تسجيل التفاصيل المطلوبة للمزرعة وللوحدات الإنتاجية.
- تسجيل الاستثمارات والتكاليف حسب تاريخ الشراء.
- تسجيل تاريخ قطاف المحصول.
- تسجيل تاريخ استخدام العمالة.
- إدارة وتسجيل التدفّق النقدي الداخل أو المبيعات.
- إدارة وتسجيل التدفق النقدي الخارج أو النفقات.
- استخدام نوعين من خيارات العملات: الليرة اللبنانية و/ أوالدولار الأمريكي.
- تسجيل الإستهلاك المنزلي من الإنتاج.
- عرض جداول جميع المعاملات حسب المزرعة و / أو الوحدة الإنتاجية و / أو الموسم.
- تقديم التقارير المباشرة لربح وخسارة المزرعة بأكملها والوحدات الإنتاجية ولكل موسم.
- إنتاج التقارير وتحميل الملف على شكل PDF.


The FAO Regional Office in Lebanon has developed a Farm simplified Record Keeping in the context of the implementation of Farm Business Schools (FBS). Nine (9) farm business schools were implemented in the areas of Mhaydthe (Rachaya district, Bekaa), Aley (Aley district, Mount Lebanon), Baakline and Mresti (Chouf district, Mount Lebanon), Boudai (Baalbek District, Baalbek-Hermel); Karm Chbat, Hrar and Aidamoun (Akkar district, Northern Lebanon); Jezzine (Jezzine District, South Lebanon). The mobile app was developed further to the farmers’ requests who participated to FBS pilot phase. It was recognized as essential to improve their farm business activity, to facilitate farmers’ engagement in such activities, and ensuring informed decision-making, by leveraging the contribution of digital technology.
It is a simple agriculture app to calculate farm expenses, income and profit. It allows farmers to create expenses and revenue records and access this information with ease to improve farming businesses.

- Use two types of currency options: Lebanese Pound (LBP) and United States Dollar (USD)

- Report timely the profit and loss for the whole farm and for the separate farm units and per season;
- Produce reports and export it to PDF.
