I have no issues with the app. It's working perfectly fine. I'm able to add and make changes when needed. I can scan and redeem the vouchers. This has grown our business, and we're able to reach out to more customers than ever before. I highly recommend using Groupon as they have paid customers coming in, unlike other platforms (yelp) , showing you analytics, but there no guarantee that you have paid customers walking thru your door.

They removed the option to search by customer name which limits my ability to properly verify information for my business that should be brought back.also there is no way to edit your review response. Few things need to change ASAP.

The ui elements and text is not responsive to the phone size. I need to side scroll to see the options. When I click through, it loads for a bit and then I'm presented with a blank screen. I downloaded the mobile app because the dashboard on the computer is worse. The left navigation covers the main area where you would begin creating the new campaign. Since it is mostly cut off it's impossible to start creating a campaign. These glitches made it impossible to create a deal.
