I cannot receive notifications (the option does not exist) on my Samsung S20 Ultra). The notification option does however exist on my Samsung S9 Plus. Otherwise the app has been excellent. Update: 10/2/23..Many thanks for the prompt update. Seems to be working now. Cajamar is a great bank.

Last week the app stopped notifying me of transactions and daily balance. My phone now says the app is constantly crashing.. I assume this is on receipt of a notification because in other respects it is working well

No puedo recuperar mi contraseña, al darle click en "Has olvidado tus claves?", Me da error "Vaya parece que no tienes configurado un navegador web, puedes revisarlo?" Claro que lo tengo configurado y por defecto el Chrome. Sin eso no puedo recuperar mi contraseña olvidada para mi nuevo dispositivo.

It's not working properly constantly having trouble logging in and using the app. It's has blocked my card and I can't use it or buy anything.

I would not even give this 1*. The App won't recognise my Personal identifiers after installation of the new App on advice from the bank. Recovery call no help at all and English only available in Recovery mode! So no access to funds. Town Hall and other suppliers please note!! 🤣 It would be funny if not so serious. The bank is liable to its members both for no access to our funds (from uk) and for breaches of Data Protection now occurring each day due to this.
