your app works but notifications are just too much. cannot turn off marketing notifications, and even though language is set to English, all marketing notifications are in Vietnamese. makes no sense

app needs a little improvement but car and driver is great. great competition to Grab car. I am editing my review because even after joining their special subscription with priority bookings, I was bump off several times. I even pre booked 1 hour before and still got bump off! Not good.

UNRELIABLE DRIVERS. The app assigns them your trip, but they drive away from you then ask you to cancel or wait 15 minutes for their pick up. Worse, many are poorly skilled drivers who honk to warm people out of their way, constantly change lanes, accelerate only to decelerate shortly thereafter, etc. Worst, they have the MOST HORRID OF MAPS. They want to drop you off at the wrong locations, insist on picking you up at the wrong locations, etc., because their map is poor. Bad map. Bad drivers
