Set your preferred network as 5G only,4G only,3G only or whatever available.
You can now change the network mode of your mobile manually as you want.
There are many network modes that are hidden in some devices by the manufacture.
Such as-
NR Only (5G Only)
LTE only (4G Only)
WCDMA/HSPA/HSPAP (3G only)
GSM (2G only) etc.
With this application, now you can access those modes.
What you have to do is only open the app. This app will help You change network to 5G only/4G only/3G only/2G only and stay in chosen network.
No more auto switch between 5G/4G/3G/2G.
This feature may not support every phone. It is depends what phone brand your phone is.
Some phone brands block opportunity to force switch network.
