Really like the scan feature, and that you can do multiple prescription refills in the same transaction. The pickup date and time come right up. and the whole process takes about three clicks. One of the easiest software apps I've used.

Overall, app is good. I wish that you could see when a script is on hold or if it ends up being too soon to fill. App is convenient though!

Using the barcode to enter refills is very convenient, but I just went in to pick up prescriptions that I ordered last week and the pharmacy had no record of the order. After speaking with the Pharmacist, we agreed that the app definitely needs work, and it should include input from the customers AND the pharmacy staff.

Normally no issues with this app but today I can't access my prescriptions list to see if a medication my doctor requested for me. I accessed my rx history last night and it was pending now I just get error messages.

2024: this app is so terrible. It used to work fine. Now no matter how many times I try to get aPIN to verify my account, it does but come through to my phone. And I'm supposed to call Hannaford HQ and wait on hold forever for help?!? 2021: App worked fine for a year until March- now it crashes every time I open it. Useless.
