App is nice..clean intuitive UI..not sure if my fly anc headphones firmware is updatable through this app...would be great if that was an option...even better if an ambient/transparent mode could be updated via firmware

Wish there were more EQ preset options. I'm not a sound engineer, sonfiguring out specifically which frequencies to increase or decrease to get the desired sounds. The presets are "Off", "Jazz", "Vocal", and "Bass" with thr option to create your own eq presets. Most radios orbsound systems I've used include a "Classical", "Pop", "Rock", "Normal", "Cinema/Movie", "Gaming" presets. I guess I'll have to cross-reference and try to replicate as best I can.

Please update the firmware, Alexa is no longer working. All the HK apps are a great example of why software engineers and audio engineers aren't the same thing. The headphones are world class, this app is dirt class. When it works it only just manages to do what it should, but that is only when it works, which is infrequently.

I got tired of hearing "The Google assistant is not connected" every time I accidentally touch the outside of the left cup, so I decided to actually grab the app and set it up. I do use Google Voice quite a bit and so I'm familiar with what it can do. So this app is installed, it's found my phones, I've turned on the Google Assistant... yet it doesn't work. The equaliser function in the app works, but since there's a better equaliser in my favourite music player, the one here is of no value.
