Manage in-room dining orders (IRD) and housekeeping requests placed by your hotel guests from the haven guest app for your property. Our Kanban style ticket management board makes it super easy for you and your team to view all tickets at a glance and process them in 3 simple steps - view, assign and close - while sending real-time updates to the guest in the Guest App.

MANAGE IRD ORDERS & HOUSEKEEPING REQUESTS
- Receive tickets specific to your team - IRD orders for F&B team, and housekeeping requests for Housekeeping team - automatically with a buzzer alarm.
- Switch between teams (F&B or Housekeeping) if you have admin role.
- View ticket details such as room number, items ordered with quantity & customisations, total bill value, on-time/delayed status and SLA countdown timer.
