one of the best insurance companies in TX, their app is not much different than the service too. its very easy to use and intuitive, so everything is easy to find. my only issues and I'm sure its my user error I click the box to remember this device but I have to double authenticate every time I login. its not the end of the world but due the the subject matter I have to double authenticate on my phone too by entering a code before I can use it, send a text not an email. or a secret question.

always need a OTP ... every single time I login I need to get a one-time password from my email even though I always click trust this device. I get emails confirming that I have entered a new trusted device but without fail I always need an OTP, even if it's the very same day. this is also how the desktop works every.single. time. it's very irritating. that said, once you get in it is a very decent app.

This app does not have a built in biometric option like other apps do. It instead uses the Passkey system. It absolutely does not work at all. At sign in it asks for my fingerprint to use the saved Passkey. Doing so begins to load something, with 2 small rotating circles, then it just takes me back to the sign in screen. It always does this. I have to manually put my info in to sign in, which completely defeats the purpose of saving a Passkey.
