i uninstalled and installed this app and they banned me out of nowhere. I didn't violate any rule and on appeal they don't respond. Edit : i contacted the email you mentioned and you guys are saying lots of people reported me because I harass people but the truth is I never message anyone first and i only talk to 2 or 3 person on daily basis and that too without violating any rule.
