FEATURES
✔Manage Your Appointments: Choose to accept new bookings and change requests from existing customers.
✔Payments and Transfers: Claim payments for completed jobs and view previous payments
✔Live updates about your jobs - including reminders about upcoming jobs and notifications of changes to any jobs.
✔Push customer notifications - you can now be notified about new customers by receiving push notifications. Click on the notification to see more information about the new customer in the app and respond quickly and easily from the app without using your SMS quota.
✔Chat feature - you can now chat with your customers directly from the app. Introduce yourself to new customers, ask questions about the booking and build better relationships by keeping the conversation flowing.
✔Calendar View: See all your confirmed jobs and job offers in the calendar view, including customer address, to help you manage your schedule.
✔Maps Integration: Individual job overviews contain a map with the customer location, to help you navigate between jobs.

Honestly I would have given this app more than 5 stars if possible, if not for any other thing, their customer's care are wonderful! Very respectful, gradually answer all your questions and always ready to help! Again, the app is user friendly! But i would have given the app one star if possible because 1. Method of payment is poor, no fixed date at all, they pay you any time they like! So disgusting! 2. The commission is too much , if you increase ur the amt, they increase the commission.bad

I like this app but first of all it would be better if we could receive the payment the same day of the service and not in the end of the month and second there's one thing that need to be fixed, when I go to set the "filter" I always put "max 5 kilometers" and everytime it go back to 8 kilometers and so I keep receiving requests from people who are very far from me instead receiving requests from people which are far max 5 km as I asked.

I don't know why since yesterday, the app started crashing every time I try to open it. Please provide a solution for it. Its urgent. Thank you

Agent allows change of duration for client on actual even though cleaner has confirmed on the duration. On actual day itself, the app does not show "Start cleaning" button. Please be informed that as part timer, we take the time to go down to customer place, in this scenario, customer is staying at landed property. Please do not allow customer to alter duration as and when they like, it is detrimental to cleaner for time spent going down and the actual work done. Please include more interface
