I would reccomend if you're trying to learn a language with little to no knowledge of it. From what I could find there wasn't really a "placement test" so if you're fluent or near fluent in a language and want to learn more I'd reccomend hitting the books rather than an app made for teaching beginners. Overall easy to use and I'd reccomend using for beginners along with other apps or methods of learning.

1.answer has often to be tapped twice to be recognized. 2.capital letters don't appear correctly when you select for spelling, but only when the word gets corrected. 3. The animations mouthing along lasts too long(in Spanish). The audio replay button takes very long to appear.

A japanese course with no Kanji?? That's a bit of a problem. I thought I saw screenshots online of this app with Kanji characters within Japanese lessons, but I have yet to find any Kanji in the app. I'm so thankful I didn't sign up for a full year's subscription.....!

Japanese questionable. 本 means book pronounced as ほん (hon). Trying out this app to see how it compares to others and I'm concerned it is teaching the wrong things. 本 has many meanings but the first pronunciation they teach you is もと, which means "origin, source; base, basis, foundation, root; cause". Not book. Yet they associate 本、もと (a book)。(I have a screenshot) would like to hear back from devs re: this. I hope I'm incorrect & can change the star rating. This is not the only mistake.
