Kinging King
Popa ride is a highly recommended ride sharing system. It saves you money and time. However, they have limited drivers on board. I implore the management to engage more in marketing and promotion so that more people can know about this great app, to make money from it and to also help people save money.

As a driver its very disappointing when many times riders request to have full car booked and you can only have recommended pricing. there are no options for driver to indicate that why this price increase is recommended. I understand that you want customers to save money but atleast give the option so that its fair fare pricing for drivers as well. its a good app but fare pricing for drivers is disappointing.

UPDATE: As you said in the app, there is a warning and repeating the same makes the account permanently blocked. THATS I AM TRYING TO SAY, I GOT WARNING ONLY AND GET PERMANENTLY BLOCKED IMMEDIATELY. MY SUGGESTION IS TO GIVE A CHANCE AT LEAST AFTER 6 MONTHS OR SOMEWHAT LIKE THAT. THANKS OLD: I couldn't get any help from your customer service. There is no option to chat also. I have sent email regarding my issue but no response.

I've had an absolutely terrible experience with this app as a rider. DO NOT USE THIS APP. 90% of the time, I've attempted to book and received NO RESPONSE. The drivers are usually 2+ hours late and do last minute custom pickups. There are very few regulations to prevent getting scammed. There is NO RELIABLE WAY TO BOOK A RIDE and every single experience I've had with a driver has been absolutely terrible. Terrible app and the prices are barely cheaper than just booking a bus. Just book a bus.
