When you make a payment, it takes over 48 hrs to show. Sometimes I pay to top up my available balance so that I can make a purchase, but I have to wait 48 hrs. Also if your credit limit is, say £800, but you want to buy an item costing, say £890, the app shld allow u to pay £90 and make your available balance £890 so that you can buy online. If u phone customer service, they say go to a shop and pay £800 with your card and £90 by cash. My Argos store is 45 minutes away. I want to buy online

No longer works with Samsung. I recently got a new phone and was unable to register my card. After a fairly lengthy phonecall with customer services, I was eventually told it's a problem with Samsung with no fix in sight.
