Doesn't work. After logging in the app opens but does not load any information. I just get an infinite loading animation. I'll got back to using the website as it has exactly the same appearance as the app but actually works 😔 Edit: thanks for the quick update, it's working now

Would be good if there were a list of places this app covers before downloading it to find the app doesn't work in my city.

I had 2 cleaning cancellations in a week and a change in cleaning time 16 hours before the scheduled time WITHOUT my consent. So I had to cancel the clean myself. That's 3 cancellations in a week! Plus, I've been without a regular cleaner for over 3 months despite being generally available during the week. Customer service, although kind, weren't able to fix the issue. These missed cleans have a substantial impact on my plans. If anyone knows of another cleaning provider do let me know.

I tried to "Cancel my regular cleaning schedule" via the app. It comes up with a page that says "Submitted, what will happen next: Someone from housekeep will call you to confirm, the clean will stay in your cleaning schedule until then". Obviously I'd submitted my cancellation (and their policy is just that you must cancel before 6pm the day before your clean, this was three days before), so I thought that was it and waited for a call. They still charged me full price despite not calling.
