App works well. Connecting is tricky because many Android phones will auto disconnect from a WiFi network if it is not providing internet. You connect to the camera via WiFi, and it does not provide internet. So you have to find the toggle in your WiFi settings for "stay connected anyway". After that, the app is a breeze.

The instructions are difficult to follow for the initial setup. User actions did not result in the expected action. It was as though something was missing from the instructions. Had difficulty to make the app icon stick to the opening screen on Android. After several retries, it did work and seems to work well. The interface user instructions need more clarity. I had the feeling that it might be a cultural translation problem.

would be really great if you could flip the video feed. I'm used to going this in the mirror and it's really hard to navigate the other way. the option would be nice.

The online listing for the camera I bought implied that it connected via WiFi with no app required. The app IS required, and for some reason it's 8.45 GIGABYTES in size. App data has to be cleared before each use, otherwise it won't connect. Also there isn't a mirror/selfie mode which makes the device incredibly difficult to maneuver.

this app is utter trash. out of nowhere it just decides to crash because it has a "bug". I'm supposed to update it or try again later when the developer has made a fix. plenty of cameras before never had this problem. then hours later it'll just decide to work. this is absolutely. unacceptable. the developers must be amateurs. edit: still no fix months later. utterly disrespectful to the customer who pays money for this tool.
