I don't know where the low score for this app comes from. it's super handy for ordering your food. everything is easy to find, the UI is sleek and simple, and the service is great. no complaints from my side!

I really like this app for making shopping lists. Some products, like fresh bakeries, are not included, but I can make almost all of my list here. This is being even more reason for me to shop here, instead of Lidl next door, even though Lidl can be sightly cheaper in some products. I would also appreciate some additional filtering options, like negative filters. For example, I want to hide only one variety, but I can only choose everything else. The filters being applied automatically is slow.

The app works reasonably well. It needs a lot of improvement regarding dietary restrictions/allergies. When you sort on vegan you sometimes get more results than sorting on lactose free, which is of course ridiculous. Also needs a better way for requesting new products. There should be a specific place where you can that.

There's a feature in this app that makes using it raise my blood pressure: whenever I switch between the shopping cart, offers or product selection it reverts to the DEFAULT page for the products or offers instead of staying on the page I last viewed. It's infuriating and your biggest competitor's app works as it should. So, which one is more user friendly for ordering groceries? I want to use both depending on the offers, but your app makes it difficult. Should be easy to fix, please fix it!

Loelw performance . After searching for a while it will crash. A few times it asked for feedback after making the online order. But instead of saving my online order after that it just stops the screen. I only found out that they didn't save the online order when I see the truck icon at the top. A few added things onto the order, it just vanished after the order was saved. There was some items missing from the itemised order list, even though we did pay and received it. Confusing and unreliable
