I don't know if the app is problematic or if it's just being used incorrectly, but it I not helpful when the real-world wait times are so different from what the app reports. (App time: 20 min. Actual wait time: 1.5 hrs )

I checked in and arrived when I got my text that they were ready for me. The receptionist laughed and said they don't know how to use the app, so I ended up waiting 2 hours anyway. Pointless and waste of time.
