Clinic moderators will provide patients with:
- Clinic credentials (Clinic ID + 3-letters identifier) at time of admission
- Published cycle instructions, prescriptions + video tutorials
- Health reports + documents
- Issued boarding passes for confirmed appointments + steps to follow
- In-cycle inquiries + Q&A chats
At 1st login:
- Securely use clinic-provided credentials + DOB
At subsequent logins:
- Personalize password using 2-factor authentication
- Activate biometrics (optional)
At check-in kiosks:
- Scan boarding passes for patient steps + location directory
When in treatment:
- Review daily instructions + medications
- Check upcoming clinic appointments
- Sync received instructions to phone calendar (optional)
- Preview shared video tutorials
- Redirect docs + reports on choice platforms (optional)
- Chat with clinic staff for Q&A
- Call the clinic emergency number (optional)
iMineIVF contents are actively updated by the clinic, notifying patients of any changes made to their treatments, as these occur.

The app is handy for receiving medication and clinic instructions but I felt compelled to review for a different reason. My app updated unbeknownst to me right in the middle of an FET cycle. When I went to check my instructions, I received an error re no internet connection. I tried everything but it would not work. I reached out to the developers and had a reply within hours and constant communication throughout the day. They released another update and it fixed the bug. Customer support 10/10!

The App is not loading and the screen just showing blank. The update does not immediately show as well.

Calendar sync does not work at all. Adds events as birthdays and they all clear when you open any one of the events. Also no desire by developers to offer support prior to or after purchase. It's clear the developers do not care about this app. They just want your money. It's sad that I'm forced to use this waste of an app by my clinic.
