I absolutely LOVE ordering my groceries from Imperfect Foods! There is such an amazing selection of organic fruits, veggies, meats, and other foods as well as many plant based options. I don't enjoy trips to the supermarket and with this, I rarely have to make one. There are many different options for deliveries and I love that I am saving food from being thrown away just because they look funny, are too big or small, or have changed labels. The packaging is awesome too! You won't regret it!

Regarding Imperfect as a company: I really like them! The prices seem to go in waves; sometimes it's cheaper than my local grocery and sometimes it isn't so I use the non subscription version. You really have to meet that $60 free delivery minimum to be worth it imo. I've called customer service a few times and they've always been super nice. Regarding the app: it's pretty easy to navigate and works ok. I do find it freezes fairly often and I have to restart it which is annoying.

3.5 ★ The app is fine; not necessary given that I have personal notifs already & their mobile site is great (seriously, tysm for not making an unusable mobile site to force people to download the app). The function I had most hope for - order tracking - is actually the least helpful function on here! 😂 It takes 3-4 taps to get to live delivery tracking, and the moment you navigate away from the app everything refreshes and you have to do it over. For this, the link they text is actually better.

I HATE the new driver tip option. I obv appreciate them & the job they do, but absolutely fed up w/ the constant idea that I always owe more than the actual cost of the item I'm purchasing. Either bite the bullet and increase item costs or simply...idk...pay your drivers the $3.00 more per delivery that was so kindly automatically activated and added to my weekly bill without my permission. It's "optional," I know, but don't act like it doesn't put a mental burden on the customer.

Service seems fine, THE APP, HOWEVER... I cannot get past how UN-User friendly this app is. You can't use the back button or it closes the app. If you switch between another app it kicks you back to the main menu. If you use the home button then return to the app, it kicks you back to the main menu...the entire reason for switching between apps is so you DON'T lose your place. I'm trying to compare pricing, look at recipes etc and it's become too obnoxious.
