App was not opening for few days already. After the last update still not working. Had to delete it from phone and installed again. Went through process of creating new password, and app stat working again.

the card is great but very limited and the customer service number doesnt work which is very frustrating.

Checkout experience: 5 - they gave me credit directly in the merchant's checkout without having to create a profile App/profile experience: 0 - no way to register with a phone numbers that is not from NL, DE, or BE, which is concerning as for ^ I already have purchased with them, so I'd like to stay up to date on my finances with in3 through the app.

Absolutely useless. You're limited to a spending amount that claims to be determined by some algorythm but the limit is so low that you probably cannot make the purchase you want. To up this limit, you have to make more purchases through their service. This renders their service completely useless unless you make a thing to pay everything in 3 steps just to up your limit. Totally consumer unfriendly and I do not support such practices.
