The app says to short list traders to get a fast response. I have chosen 10. It tells me I need to short list but there's nothing to click on and no instructions of how to do it

Came quickly and did a quick fix on leak but never came back with quote. Unreliable .would not recommend

So far I've had a lot of no shows to look at the job. The app doesn't let you review traders who let you down like that, only ones who take the job. So these guys have unblemished five star reviews on mybuilder but don't keep simple appointments or text to say they will be late. The app should fix this as they are just incentivizing empty promises.

Impossible to log in. The link to log in just leads back to the page to request a link or code by SMS. The SMS codes take a long time to come in and if I leave the the page to do something else, it resets back to the main login page where all I can do is request a code, meaning whatever code I've just been sent is already invalid.
