the new app is so confusing, after I got used to the menu of the old app they changed and it caused me a lot of trouble.

Terrible app from the UX point of view. There is nothing that can be fixed. Just make a new app with a professional team, I guess that fee which you charge for buying tickets via the app is more than enough to cover a price of developing a better app for your customers.

Absolutely horrible. Will not go to Yes Planet because the application response takes eternity, and when trying to pay the connection is reset. 3 consecutive times. each time the selected seats remain blocked for 15 additional minutes.
