There are three active areas in application.
First area is a reminder of daily input of information on country of beginning of work and country of ending of work. Enter abbreviation letter in tachograph and press corresponding button in application. So you will never forget about this mandatory procedure. Abbreviated designation of country for tachograph is automatically (GPS) appear on button. At the end of work day, enter the letter of country of ending of work in tachograph and confirm action in application.
Second area shows all necessary timers for work. Holding any timer button for one second starts timer or rests it if timer has already been started. Holding button for 3 seconds resets timer to its original value. All timers operate independently of each other.
Before starting work, turn on total work time timer of 13/15 hrs (ALL) and you will always know remaining work time. In 30 min before end (adjustable in options: 30, 45 or 60 min), the application will notify you by turning on screen and signaling on end of work day. If you exceed time limit, the application will show this exceeding in min.
A timer of 45 min will inform you about rest when you are out of car or busy with your own affairs. Timer will give a signal at 15 and 45 min. What is more, the timer works according to tachograph rules. If rest has been pressed before 15 min, the rest does not count. If 15 min have passed and 45 min have not yet occurred, then only 15 min are counted, and next rest will be counted by timer as 30 min.
A timer of 9/11 hrs will calculate inter-day rest. You will always see how much you have left to stay to limits of 9 and 11 hrs and when new work day comes.
A timer of 24/45 hrs will calculate a weekly rest, you will always see how much you have left to stay to limits of 24 and 45 hrs, if rest is short then application will accurately calculate compensation time.
A timer of 144 hrs (W - W) is a very important timer. It must be turned on when you started your first work day, or when inter-week rest is over and a new work week begins. You will always see how much time is left before start of next inter-week rest. 144 hrs is maximum allowable time interval between two inter-week rests. Timer will notify you in 30 min (adjustable in options: 30, 45 or 60 min) about need to stay for another inter-week rest.
Third area is work calendar. If you traveled 15 or 9 hrs, then click on appropriate button. So you always see all the necessary information for the work week. If between two inter-week rests there were already three extended work days (15 hrs) or three short daily rests (9 hrs), then total work time timer (ALL) will only count to 13 hrs.
If you have traveled more than 9 hrs, then press button 10. In one the calendar week, you can drive car 2 times up to 10 hrs. Indication in the work calendar will not allow exceeding this week limit. Indicators of 10-hrs driving will reset automatically on Monday at 00:00.
Indicating button 24/45 will remind you what rest you had previous time, short or full. This prevent from taking a short inter-week rests two times in a row. This indicator should be switched at the end of inter-week rest. Switching this indicator resets buttons 15 and 9 in calendar and with beginning of a new work week you can again take 15 hrs work days and short 9 hrs rests.
Timer of reading the chipcard every 28 days and timer of changing tachograph disc every 24 hrs were added.
A logbook has been added, which automatically records all your routes with high accuracy and speed on any part of the route.
In the journal, you can take photos, videos and voice notes, which will automatically remember their location on the map.
Added quick logging of border crossings with geolocation.
