This is my first time here. Communicating with the client and creating agreement, so far was very good. Examples were provided if you're not sure what to put in the agreement. One thing I learned is, creating the agreement straight from the chat, without logging in to the Mable app, I get an error and will not let me submit the agreement. I have to scrap the agreement, log in to Mable and create the agreement again.
App can be difficult to navigate, not intuitive.
it keeps freezing when signal is poor. no help function in the app.
Please fix this app, Mable. It won't let me write more than 4 lines in messages on ph to reply to SW. Others are having this issue & tell me they've complained. It's constantly glitching and showing Errors. It's 2025 & this app is still having huge problems. I don't know who designed this app so poorly, but it needs to be improved. It won't let me see inbox messages. I have to frequently log out & back in to see messages & often still can't. Difficult to navigate :/
gotten so much worse over time for both clients and care providers. clients are inundated and overwhelmed with workers who haven't read their profiles, while genuine workers find it hard to get in touch with a potential client due to the "spam" they have to sift through. also, there used to be great support, now it's near impossible to get through on the phone, has just become a money grab.
