Edit: I sent an email to customer support and they restored all my progress. Played over 1000 levels over the last few years. Have used multiple phones and was always able to save my progress. At some point the option to save progress on FaceBook has gone away. Tried to do the data migration the other day and it deleted everything I had and put me back to level 1.

One guy mentioned the ads, some of it stuck and you can't exit unless you close the game, and it happens a lot specially when added the game name on the top, I was playing this game daily for 3 to 4 hours but now maximum half hour When you will solve the activation problem with Facebook I changed my mobile and I am not able restore my progress

update i posted this comment 6 months ago and still no app update from the developers. what gives When are the powers that be going to fix the app, I had to reinstall the game and now can not sign in through Face book. When I try a notice comes up that says the app can not connect, the developers know about the issue and are working on it. It's been 3 months, how much longer is this going to take. I have no interest in starting at level 1 again and losing 4 years of progress.

Edit: been playing for four years now. I had to reset my phone. for some reason all my other games came back. this one did not. the Facebook sign didn't work or the restore. I tried prior of resetting my phone to have the game on my Onn Tablet, but it didn't work either. Good time waster, i do have problems with it randomly crashing. Not super bad, once every other 20+ or so.
