Did not receive this info for symptoms and reporting until 12/18/25, could not set it up until today on 12/21/25. Noted nothing to report.

Covers basics but poorly. Logged to log symptoms and was hit with a "rate the app" survey. Could you ask *after* I do the one important thing in the app? The "log symptoms" button is uniquely shaped and colored, but smaller and to the lower corner so the eye does not go to it readily. Have to wonder, is the lead designer still in high school. App is giving me incorrect return date. No way to message irhytmn in the app, even though they can message me. A call takes minutes to get thru to service

It would be better to be able to see some of the events potentially happening, kind of like you can with a kardia mobile. Also to be able to see when you press the little button when you can feel an arrhythmia, so you are able to go back and document it better. you got a booklet but if you feel heart arrhythmias at a time you can't go write it down you're going to forget by the time you remember to log it. also the glue that holds it on is not great if you have adhesive sensitivities.

Has a bug on my S25+Ultra where it gets stuck on a 911 message and stops scrolling so you cannot co tinder on to next. someone needs to do some coding to fix the error. Disappointed. it works on my tablet but tablet is impractical to carry around. customer service and I could not get around it. it is a bug.
