Sectorization by the Method of Accumulated Differences
Determine homogeneous sectors by means of the Cumulative Differences Method (AASHTO 93 - Annex J).
Calculate the average value of the data corresponding to each homogeneous sector.
Includes 5 examples with illustrative data.
Steps:
- Enter the number of stations from which data was taken.
- Enter the location (Progressive) of each station.
- Enter the value for each station.
- Calculate the Zx values for each station.
- Generates 2 graphs (Progressive vs Value) and (Progressive vs Zx).
- According to the graph Progressive vs Zx, indicate the number of homogeneous sectors and the progressive that delimits each homogeneous sector.
- Determine the average value of the data corresponding to each homogeneous sector.
