Great app for managing children's schooling. I only wish it would allow for 24h clock vs the non-configurable 12h as it defaults to e.g. am for "2" which is not what you'd expect for a medical appointment. 14:00 would make it non-ambiguous. (Edit 16-Dec-2025: Upgraded from 4 to 5 stars as the developers are actively monitoring reviews.)

since the update a few days ago I cannot open the app and have to resort to opening compass on a web browser. I also have the "Oops" error message, just as the other recent reviews have stated Edit: reinstalling the app seems to have fixed the issue, thank you

app keeps crashing upon startup. It used to come up with an oops error message then open, now it doesn't open, with a 2nd error message of oops, the team is working on the issue....

The associated web app wont download files via Duck Duck Go browser.Got error saying fault was being atttended too,but the appfail was local and needed delete re-install no update app.No screen rotation including in browser via app.This and small print makes it difficult to use on a mobile device.Will show blank notice fields. Occasionally will hang when launching.Support replied directly to accept a support request,then replied 6 months later indicating it was fixed.Thanks.(The need had passed)

Used to be good, terrible now. Loads newsfeed then when you try to click on anything else comes up with "oops" and a message that your teams are aware and are working on it. App is unusable in its current state. 07/12/25 - you keep your one star because I shouldnt have to uninstall and reinstall everytime you do an update. I been using Compass for 10yrs and never had an issue until this past year!
