My card was charged immediately, but a server error came up. It said I was able to make a transaction, but the app wasn't able to confirm. Or something along the lines. I've messaged support 3x, and I've heard nothing back. It always says they're not online, so you can't actually chat with anyone. Seems like a scam just to take your money.

I paid for the premium subscription, they took my money, and then didn't upgrade my account. Instead, I get an error pop up, and I'm prompted to contact support. However, after sending 2 support tickets and then a direct email, I get no responses. Don't waste your money. I'll update this review if they ever get back to me.
