Literally the slowest of all my banking apps. It takes 2+ mins to access from opening the app to entering the account. If I am in an emergency situation its best to use a browser. The UI is good but the speed is a huge draw back.

I remember when we could sort out our own token online without any issues but from that was changed it's hell I have to call customer service and most time your on hold for 1 hour or more it's really frustrating you guys need to allow us to sort out our own token not everyone has the time to call and be placed on hold for God knows how long and wasting credit
