The free waste app for the district of Harz AöR provides information on the subject of waste and disposal. The app reliably reminds you of every disposal date and is set up in no time at all:

1. Enter town and street
2. Select type of recyclables
3. Set reminder time. Complete!


ALL DATES IN ONE LIST:
The collection list for the current month is displayed via the »Appointments« menu item. It can be scrolled back and forth on a monthly basis. Collection dates from the past are displayed in grey.

MULTIPLE REMINDERS:
Several reminders can be created for each type of waste under the »Settings« menu item. This is always useful when the user has to make preparations for an appointment. For example with the yellow bag or hazardous waste

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES:
Additional addresses are easily created in the settings.
Typical examples are:
- Own flat
- Grandparents' apartment
- Apartment
- Office or company address
- Clubhouse

LOCATION SEARCH AND NAVIGATION WITH GPS
So everyone is in the right place at the right time. The locations are marked with pins on an overview map. With a tap on the pin, detailed information about the location is displayed. If opening hours are stored, the color marking of the pin shows the availability of the location: The user can start navigating to the location.

SEND MESSAGES
You can use the app to send a message to the administration with your request.

WASTE ABC
The ABC of waste works like a practical encyclopedia. For all types of waste, there is information about the intended disposal route. The user can either scroll through the lists to the item they are looking for or use the convenient search function to go directly to the detailed information.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE ***
Please include the app in the exception of battery saver apps or task killer apps. Only then can the app remind you of the time of collection.

*** Google Maps Note ***
The services of Google Maps are integrated for location navigation and for the display of interactive maps.
When using the app, your IP address will be processed and sent to the Google servers, possibly also in the USA. The transmission of data to the Google servers in the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.
