The SOS Recharge App is the most convenient and efficient way for you to get advance credits on your Claro Prepaid plan:

Available Services:

Credit Advance: Provides credit amounts of up to R$20.00. You choose the amount, and it goes directly to your balance so you can renew your Prepaid plan.

Balance and Outstanding Credit Management: Allows you to check your current balance and any SOS credits that are pending payment.

Extra Packages: Enables the purchase of additional internet packages.

History: Offers access to the transaction history of contracted and paid SOS credits.

Optimized Experience: The SOS Recharge App provides a simple, fast, and direct usage process. You select the desired amount, and the credit is immediately available for use in your balance.

Simplified Access: The SOS Recharge App does not require a login or password. To identify your Claro number that will receive the credits, simply leave the "Mobile Data" option enabled on your Android device in "Settings --> Connections," using your Claro SIM card.

Free Browsing: Using the App does not consume your internet balance. Access and browsing are free, and it's possible to use it even when your data balance is zero.

SOS Recharge is the Claro Prepaid recharge credit advance service. When you subscribe to the service, the advanced amount is immediately credited to your balance to renew your Prepaid plan or purchase Internet Packages.

Credit amounts are determined based on a continuous and individual analysis, which takes into account your recharge history and SOS credit subscriptions and payments.

For each recharge advance amount, a service fee will be applied to the credit amount granted.

The payment of the advanced amount, plus the service fee, will be automatically deducted from the customer's next recharge. The SOS Recharge plan must be paid off in full before you can sign up for a new one.
