KCBD First Alert Weather users say on Google Play
I do not watch the news and weather on television, so I installed the weather app from KCBD. I have four different weather apps. The KCBD app is the closest to actually getting the forecast correct.
I can see the weather app anywhere
The widgets make use of the font size settings of my phone, and since I need to use an enlarged font to see, the larger size makes the widgets unreadable. I had the same problem with the regular AccuWeather app, which if I understand things, is what this app is an offshoot from.
the app nevers matches the live forecast, not even on the current day, usually several degrees different in temperature and if moisture is in the forecast the percentages are never the same not even on the current day. very frustrating
This app is 85% ads, 10% trackers and 5% weather. Every time I open it I'm bombarded by disgusting clickbait ads. I clicked on a video, watched a 15 second ad then was treated to a 10 second 'video' that was just a picture of the forecast with animations in the background. The people who developed this app are bottom feeders who would sell their mother to data brokers if they could.
